In a large saucepan, gooi in the butter and oil on a low heat and slowly brown the onions for about 10 minutes or until they are soft and translucent. Gooi in the beef stock and season well. Cook for another 5 minutes and let it rest.
Blend for about 1 minutes and serve with your favourite meal,
